1049 Fifth Avenue is located on the south side of
86th Street just steps from Fifth Avenue. The
entrance to the Medical Suites is lightly east of
the building’s residential entrance. Dr. Kalvert’s
office is in Suite 2D, on the second floor, easily
accessible by elevator.
Set beside Central Park, our upper east side
location offers accessibility from all directions.
Public transportation (bus and subway) is nearby.
We are one block north of the 85th Street Central
Park transverse. There are numerous parking
garages and meters in the area.
From the George Washington Bridge (upper
deck) and Palisades Interstate Parkway North
Bear right and exit onto Palisades Interstate Parkway.
Continue north to Exit 10 (Middletown Rd., New
City). Turn left at traffic light. Go 1/2 block to next
light and turn right onto Little Tor Rd. Take Little Tor
1 mile to third traffic signal and turn right onto
Collyer Ave. Continue on Collyer and turn right at the
traffic signal onto Main St. #365 Main St. is the second
driveway on the right. Our private lot provides
ample parking, and Dr. Kalvert’s office is on the second
floor, easily accessible by elevator.
From the New York State Thruway and
Tappan Zee Bridge
Continue off the Tappan Zee bridge to Exit 13 North
(the first Exit 13) onto Palisades Interstate Parkway.
Refer to the map and follow directions as in From the
George Washington Bridge.
From Route 304
Stay left, traveling north to the New City business
district. Make a quick left turn and then a right onto
Main St. #365 Main is on the left, next to St. Paul’s
Lutheran Church. Our private lot provides ample
parking, and Dr. Kalvert’s office is on the second
floor, easily accessible by elevator.
